Fun Run Update

Our annual Fun Run is right around the corner on Thursday, October 8th (during the school day), and fundraising is officially underway!

• Goal Progress: We are currently at 23% of our $30,000 goal! If every student raises an average of $73, we will hit our target.
• School-Wide Rewards: When we hit our $30k goal, every student will receive $5 in Scholastic dollars for the Spring Book Fair PLUS a bounce house at Field Day!
• How to Donate:
  • Online: Visit our new Zeffy Fun Run Page to make a quick donation or share the link with friends and family. Donations made through Zeffy will automatically send you an instant tax receipt!
  • Cash or Check: You can also send cash or checks (made out to "Radio Park PTO") directly to the main office.
  • Corporate Donations & Sponsorships: Local businesses can support our school through our Zeffy Fun Run Page—just indicate that it's a corporate donation! Contributions of $100 or more include extra advertising perks for your business. For complete details, check out our Radio Park Fun Run Corporate Sponsorship Guide.
• Personalized Fundraising Pages: You can easily set up a personalized student campaign page through the Zeffy link to send to family and friends, though it’s completely optional—donations made directly to the overall school page work great too!

Join us for our next meeting! More information and future dates are always available on our website and Google calendar. Join us in person at Radio Park, in the library. The doors to the school are locked for security. If there is not someone at the front door, there will be a sign with a phone number to text or call. Please text or call, and we will be happy to let you in!

PTO Event Organizers

Want to help make this school year unforgettable? We're looking for parent and guardian volunteers to help plan and organize our PTO events!

• Event Organizers Needed: If you are interested in helping organize any of our events this year, please take a moment to fill out our PTO Volunteer Interest Form. (Note: If you're only available for day-of help during events, don't worry! We will send out separate sign-up sheets as each event approaches.)

• Volunteer Clearances: Most of our PTO volunteer opportunities do not require clearances. However, if you want to get ahead on your paperwork so you're ready for anything that might require them later—such as classroom field trip chaperoning—please follow the SCASD District Volunteer Guidelines.
• Annual Renewal Note: If you've submitted clearances in the past, please keep in mind that the district requires at least one form to be renewed annually!

The Radio Park PTO Directory is a helpful resource for connecting with other families in our school community for playdates, birthday parties, homework questions, and more! It is maintained directly by the PTO and is never shared outside our Radio Park families.

• Opt-In Required: The directory is strictly opt-in. To protect privacy, we do not roll over information from previous years—you must fill out a new form each school year to be included.
